Stephan Pyles Launches New "Fuego" Tasting Menu
Make reservations for Chef Pyles' innovative new tasting menu at his new 4-seat Fuego, an area in his namesake restaurant. The new experience will be available Friday and Saturday evenings to four diners at the ceviche bar directly in front of the wood-burning oven and will feature some of Chef Pyles’s most imaginative creations. The Fuego menu will be available for two seatings at 6:30 p.m. and 9 p.m.
